Another Year...Another Turbo Tax Filing

We have filed our taxes using Turbo Tax for at least 12 years. It just keeps getting better every year with better clarifications, resources, and information. We'll use it again next year!
What's great about it: Pretty user friendly directions
What's not so great: Some of the home business questions in the Deluxe version are confusing and could be improved
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Super easy

I have used Turbo tax for a number of years and have always been happy. They make it easy to do. I will admit that I have pretty simple returns but it takes me step by step and I am getting just as much back as when I paid an accountant twice as much as the program. Plus I get my return faster because it all gets done when I am ready.
What's great about it: I sat at my kitchen table one day and got it all done.
What's not so great: NONE

Simple & fast

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE issue a version for Linux! I recognize that you built Turbotax on Microsoft NET framework, so that might not be easy. I had to temporarily install an old copy of Windoze XP to do my taxes this year.
What's great about it: Simple to use, only goes into detail when you ask for it.
What's not so great: Sometimes the details get tedious. Thanks to the US Congress for making it this way!

problems with Mac book

Specific problem for me:
My employer had to include 2 W-2 due to six 12d boxes. after I entered 4, Turbo Tax wouldn't let me enter any more, and I couldn't add a second W-2 sheet because turbo tax would then not let me electronically transmit the return. I finally found some information online of ways to work around it, but this shouldn't be a problem. (the fix easily added 1 hour of tax preparation time to my return.) I hope that for next year, your software writers can make it easier for Mac users to use their MacBook Pro to enter tax information.

2013 Taxes With TurboTax

TurboTax 2013 is definitely the easiest way to complete taxes. Each page has concise instructions and explains other options that may or may not have occurred.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use
What's not so great: None

it's good product. I have been using for 10+ years and it's easy to use. They should add electronic post mark page for the STATE return just like they do have for Federal return.
They should also add ability to export the main from 1040 and state main form in excel. It can be useful for year over year.
