Nearly Perfect!

I've used TurboTax for years. I'm a former CPA and appreciate the layout and ease of use. The updates to current tax code could be more comprehensive, I found I had to research several areas. Would be nice if there were embedded videos on changes year over year. Otherwise it is great, provides current forms, and puts your details in the proper location. Thanks Intuit!
What's great about it: Easy to Navigate; intuitive layout; updated forms
What's not so great: Limited Info - need to research code vs accessing it in the app
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The print out had correct values but the e-file had errors. It may have been because I was using Chrome.
What's great about it: personal help was good
What's not so great: Errors at file time put me in a loop.

program indicated a free state return but once I backed out to recheck some data, the free state return offer was gone. editing entered data could be more friendly.
What's great about it: sufficient and all inclusive
What's not so great: designed for one time entry - making adjustments or changes to entered information could be better

Another year of Turbotax

I have used Quicken Home and Business and Turbotax for over a decade and a half. My returns are not complicated enough to warrant the expense of an accountant, even though I had my own business and some modest retirement investments. Now that I am retired, I use Delux since my business and investments are no longer factors. The cost of Turbotax is now a stretch, but still worth it.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, accurate, user friendly, intuitive, extension of last years return
What's not so great: Costs money

The Tax Return that Delivers

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came out. I had a problem with my PC and I called to get help. I ended up communicating with a helpful woman who was the CEO. Thanks again.
What's great about it: The easiest and best way to file a return
