I love Turbo Tax! I have been using it since I was single and in college, about 12 years ago. I just love how easy it makes doing my taxes!
What's great about it: User friendly, affordable, and best tax program!
What's not so great: None so far!

Turbo Tax is easy to use, and you don't have to know anything about the subject to use it. All though that could be a little dangerous.
What's great about it: Keeps you on track , and performs all thye calulations.
What's not so great: Some of the forms were wrong after printing. i.e. Tax History

really good, not perfect

when going through the part of Business Expenses, at first I thought maybe using gas would count. Therefore, I clicked 'yes'. Then I realized that wouldn't count, so I just skipped the rest of that form. Later, I was informed that there was an incomplete form (the business expense form) so I tried just leaving it blank and clicking 'done' and I also went back to that tab and that section and selected 'no', but I was continuously asked to fill it in. Finally I filled in only the part that was the job title and left the rest blank hoping that wouldn't cause confusion. Hopefully I won't run into that issue again if I choose to do Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: pretty easy to navigate, running tally of deduction
What's not so great: needs a link or database to find my state and local tax rates, glitch maybe on issue where I couldn't undo a choice
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy

I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who is filing a return. I have used it for over the past decade for some complicated tax situations (overseas income, partnerships, ministers housing allowance) and it never misses a beat.
What's great about it: As always, TT is quick and easy to use. The 2013 version seems even easier to use than prior years
What's not so great: Search engine is somewhat limited
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. Love the fact that I don't have to remember information from previous year's return. It's imported for me.
What's great about it: very easy to enter to complete taxes
What's not so great: that I have to pay to get my state refund

TurboTax is out-of-this-world! It's so clear and easy to follow. The instructions and graphics are detailed without being muddled. I also like the fact that it seems like every year I learn something new about taxes and finances from using the software. Not once during my experience did I feel lost or confused. In fact, I dare say that I've quite enjoyed my tax preparation experiences these last few years. It's almost like a game trying to get that little green number at the top of the window to stay green and even increase in value. TurboTax is easy and thorough and because of it, this time of the year is not TAXING at all!!!
What's great about it: So clear and easy to follow
