Ok ... mostly

Everything went fine till the part to enter deductions for job expenses. Went through all the receipts entering shoes and scrubs and stuff then the next step showed her job title, from last year? then wanted me to enter it again? Not sure maybe did it wrong. could not copy the spreadsheet like data that I had done in the one section to move to the other so I just left it. Did not have this confusion on last years software.
What's great about it: Step by step
What's not so great: entering deductions for work clothes was confusing

very unsettle since I still need to file my State return but I can't get the program to print or even show a print review

Turbo Tax Top Tier

I truly enjoy Turbo Tax. It makes the tedium of tax preparation bearable. I have always had a positive experience. It is a top tier product.

I have used Turbo tax for over five years. It is way cheaper than paying someone to do the work for me.
What's great about it: Easy to go step by step
What's not so great: Can't get passed a non existent entry

I have use TurboTax for over 10 years and plan to continue to use it in the future. Sample and easy to use, and I feel safe filing with TurboTax.

need more explanations on tax exempt

I like the transfer between years, and the explanations, even better this year than usual. However, I have minimal investments and don't want premier but could use more definitions of things like ordinary and qualified, and especially the tax exempt bonds, especially how they are used on State taxes. I also like the printing options but would like a mail-in copy as well as the digital. It would be easier to read for other things like a FASFA or a tax relief request. Overall I have no real complaints and will continue to use Turbotax.
What's great about it: liked the new explanations,
What's not so great: Need more explanations on tax exempt bonds & ordiinary v qualified stuff, & diffs of bond income & dividends on states
