E-File was terrible this year.

First year in past six that I have used turbo tax and was unable to e-file. Kept coming up with upgrades needed when none were available.
What's great about it: fast and reliable
What's not so great: e-file would not work.....

I have been using TurboTax for the past three years and I don't see myself using another service unless forced. I appreciate all of the explanations and also that my previous years tax returns are imported in to pull out the necessary information so I don't have to pull out the previous years documents.
What's great about it: So easy! I completed my refund while watching the Olympics!

would be nice if program did not require you to continuously scroll down to select next income or deduction topic. Seems like it could keep you right there and ready to select the next topic without scrolling to the bottom of the page

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PROGRAM FOR YEARS AND TO BE ABLE TO TRUST THEIR PROGRAM TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF PRESURE OFF OF DOING YOUR OWN TAXES

Great product. Easy to use. Will be using again next year!
What's great about it: Information transfers and software makes sure nothing is missed
What's not so great: Some questions searches are better found on irs.gov

When i got to the end of the data entering, no matter what I tried, it would not let me file electronically, bummer
What's great about it: fairly fast
What's not so great: needed constant updates from when I installed the disc
