I have already referred many of my co-workers to Turbo Tax over the past few years. I've received many thanks for being the one to push them past their fear of doing their own taxes. You made it easy for the average person to follow complex tax scenarios. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: well organized, questions are easy to understand and follow
What's not so great: would like to be able exit from a section once I realize I don't really need to be walked through

Best Tax Software By Far

I've been using TurboTax for several years now, and it seems to get easier, and less time to complete then the year before.
You can't get a better tax software application...anywhere!!!
What's great about it: Easy, professional software
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

more deductions ie for work like clothing,gas,union dues. would like to be able to to take off my payments for turbo tax costs in ill. i have paid out more than $50.00 every year and never got anything back. for the last 13 years.

Like having a personal tax assistant

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and have never had a problem. It makes filing taxes so much easier than doing it the old way by hand, and it's much less costly than hiring someone to do it. All the forms you need are there when you need them. Short form or long form, I don't know how it could be any easier. And with e-file refunds arrive very quickly.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, accurate
What's not so great: A little expensive, but worth it

Taxes made EASY!

This is a great tool, easy to use, and it will walk you through all topics and deductions. If you make a mistake, you can go back and correct the error. With the checking of your entries, before you submit your taxes, you feel better about your return, no errors!
What's great about it: Guided help on all topics
What's not so great: None

Very easy for anyone to complete long form itemized deductions.
What's great about it: Was very easy
What's not so great: errors listed when a 0 was entered and should have been left blank
