Easy filing

TurboTax guides you easily through your tax return. There are plenty of help boxes in case you don't understand something. There are lots of great features in TurboTax, like flagging something to come back to, error checks, and a community of users for discussions. My taxes are pretty easy (i.e. I don't have a lot to complicate them) but I trust TurboTax to be accurate and help me get my taxes done quickly. I spent just under 2 hours doing them today.
What's great about it: I trust TurboTax to do a complete job on my taxes, be accurate, and easy to use. It has not let me down.
What's not so great: None

Crazy easy

I've been using TurboTax for years, and can't see why anyone would risk giving their personal information to a tax advisor working out of their home. To me, the added security of knowing where my data is invaluable.
What's great about it: Simple, guided steps and the benefit of audit protections
What's not so great: It didn't also make me sandwich. That would have been nice.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Daughter deserved this money back

The first time I did my daughters taxes she only got $400 back. I waited and when she received a tuition statement from college it was great! She ended up getting $1400 back. As a young independent with many medical bills, she deserved this refund!!
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Took a bit long-updates!

I am very happy with Turbo Tax, I have used them since 1994 and will continue to do so. They take the hassle out of doing taxes.

I've use Turbo Tax for five years now and it's been amazing every time. I've receive good refund every year and the walk through deductions are easy to follow. I'll continue to use turbo tax for my income taxes.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, fast
What's not so great: no cons

I am a returning turbo tax customer for several years now and have been very happy with the results.
