Completed the returns with no issues. As I was submitting, received a message that I had to change certain NJ SDI #s. This should be done EARLIER in the process, not when submitting, especially when the numbers I used match the W-2. TurboTax forced me to change the number to one that does not match my W-2. Looking forward to receiving an IRS notice...
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Late notification of errors

It costs a bit more than some competing products, but is complete and very intuitive. Have been using Turbo Tax since the late '90s.
What's great about it: Solid, accurate and complete
What's not so great: Expensive

I've Used TT Now since '98(?) Always Happy, Always Top $$ returned.

What's great about it: Does it ALL-Easy-just answer simple questions and follow directions.
What's not so great: multistate use- could've directed home state as last to fill out due to dredit for out of state taxes paid.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No need for pin if are mailing and not efiling, but program will not let you advance without it. Hopefully my returns were not efiled as I do not feel the IRS site is secure.

For those who need to file for insolvency/982 form the CD deluxe edition was seamless to use.
What's great about it: Noted (!) alert if form needed and not complete
What's not so great: some fees, not "free" but they are modest
