Done quicker than ever!

I'm still apprehensive about waiting until after I've e-filed before printing. Provide repeat assurance comments " don't worry you still have the opportunity to print and/or file a PDF."
What's great about it: Your steps are getting easier every year , especially when backing up and reviewing prior input

TurboTax Rocks!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now, and it just gets easier and more pleasant to use. Keying in my information (because it's fun and keeps me in control of the data) is slick, and I can see easily what I've input and what's still to go. It takes much more time to gather the information to file my taxes than it does to use the program. All aspects of the filing process are covered, so I don't have to worry about forgetting something. It costs much less than any other advertised services or software, so I'm ahead of the game even from the start. And I know I can rely on TurboTax to get the job done and done right. Thanks, guys, for a great, fun program. My taxes are done and now I can play!
What's great about it: So easy to use; saved me time, money, and nerves.
What's not so great: Can think of nothing I didn't like

Great Product, some limitations

I know there are limitations to any program when it comes to complicated or unusual issues. But I think that one of those areas that could use some love in TurboTax is multi-state filings. I still don't know if I overpaid New Mexico. I'm a California resident. I paid taxes on my wages earned as a non-resident in NM and in California. I only got about 1/3 back from NM and 1/3 as a credit from California back. The other 1/3 I have no idea if I was supposed to get that back or if it rightfully stayed in NM. I feel like I got double taxed, but maybe that's the way it works. A little guidance would be useful.
If anything makes me reconsider using Turbo Tax next year, it's the multi-sate filing issue, because I may need more professional help on it.

What's great about it: I feel mostly confident in my returns
What's not so great: I have no idea if I did the multistate thing right
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier Than I Expected

This was my first time to use TurboTax. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The only tedious part of the process was filling out all of the addresses for the organizations we donate to, but next year that shouldn't be a problem now that they're on file. For many years we used a professional tax preparer because my husband worked overseas quite a bit and we found all of the tax regulations regarding overseas work to be a bit daunting. But, in 2013 he worked only in the States. Knowing this would simplify our tax process, we decided to try doing our own returns again in order to save money. After researching various tax programs online, we chose TurboTax due to its high ratings. I'm really glad we did.
What's great about it: Easy to understand; TurboTax walked me through everything

Easy as Pie!

It was the best tax software I've used so far. It walked me through every stage. I felt like I had a CPA sitting with me. I'll get Turbo Tax next year for sure.
