Pretty easy

This is not the first time I've done my taxes with Turbo Tax and it won't be the last! The step-by-step guide leads me through the lanes and alleys to the final result.

I love turbo tax! It's so easy to work through all the steps and I appreciate the simplicity of entering all of our information. It makes me better at keeping track of things during the year because I know it's something to be added on my turbo tax return. The running tally of $$ we owe or will be refunded gives me insane anxiety though!
What's great about it: Love how it walks me through all the income and deductions
What's not so great: the running tally at the top of refund or payment gives me a heart attack...

I've used TurboTax for years and have no desire to use someone else's program. I plan on continuing to use TurboTax in future years. It would be nice to file federal and state returns without fees, but I've grown to accept it.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Paying a fee to file state return

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It makes doing the State Taxes easy, which is the main reason I purchase the software. And now my daughters use it too.

GO FAST OR WAIT AND TAKE A KNAP

THE ACTUAL TAX FILING WAS GOOD BUT GETTING THRU ALL THE CLOSING STUFF IS WAY OVER DONE AND MAKES THE WHOLE FILING PROCESS A PAIN.
What's great about it: FILL IN OUT THE TAX FORMS WAS GOOD
What's not so great: GETTING THE FINAL STUFF DONE WAS A PAIN.

Turbo Tax Easy

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for so long it is hard to remember how labor intensive and confusing tax filing was without it. It's nice to have everything just fall into place.
I still review the forms to see that they did.
What's great about it: Items are plugged into the right forms and calculations triple checked.
What's not so great: The questions and answers seem repetitive, but maybe not so much for some filers.
