Only 1 real issue

The only fix I would like to see is that when entering topics, when one topic is finished and you click on "next topic", it would bring you to the next topic, not back to the top of the topic page.
What's great about it: Very fast - been using for years and generally does keep getting better
What's not so great: When done entering items in the guided section, it returns to the top of the page, not to the next topic

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, i like the flow and questions asked, easy to go back and make changes as you work on your taxes. Great service and product.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax - Every year adjustments are made to make in easier to follow and file.
What's not so great: None

Excellent Tax softward

Excellent way to do taxes. I used to DREAD doing my taxes, but now I actually kind of enjoy it!
I LOVE that you see the tax refund amount change with each individual item that you enter. I can actually see how much my donations to each non-profit affects my taxes. So cool!
What's great about it: Easy and fun to see your tax refund change every time you enter something
What's not so great: had a little bit of trouble with the e-file, but was able to find the solution in the "chat room"

Great with one exception

A few screens had overlapping text that obscured some 'required' boxes. This made it hard until I figured how to get there with a work-around. You could not see what you were typing, but it worked. Just took some time to figure out. Saw this overlap several places, but it was only a real problem in one place.
What's great about it: Easy walk through questions.

Never Go Back!

I started using Turbo Tax more years ago than I can remember. I will never go back to a Tax "Professional". They can not do my taxes as well a Turbo Tax and my brain!
What's great about it: Easy to Use and Fully Functioned
What's not so great: None

Always A Turbo Tax Fan

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and have found it to be the easiest and most accurate tax program.Period. If I start the program, I know I can pick up exactly where I left off, and the review process is quick and efficient.
What's great about it: Simplicity, accuracy, detailed
What's not so great: Can't think of one negative

Good, but one concern

As long as you need just basic functions, TurboTax is great. The problem is that the system requires that you upgrade before even determining if the upgrade is required.
One my case, I sold a house. The software required that i upgrade, but after that, it determined that my sale did not meet any taxation requirements, so the prior version would have been sufficient.
What's great about it: Generally Easy to Use
What's not so great: Any problems require customer service

I like using turbo tax every year> I used a different tax product last year and was not overly impressed. I plan to continue with turbo tax. thanks for making doing my taxes easy!!
What's great about it: walked me thru all the areas and expalin them wonderfully
What's not so great: found none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
