Always Easy

I love Turbo Tax and hate doing taxes. This makes tax season much more pleasant. I used to take my taxes to a CPA, pay them for their time and pay taxes every year. I started with Turbo Tax several years ago and I get a refund every year. Explain that CPA’s!! Simple to use, type in your tax information and boom, tax return for me!!! Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, most important,,,, reliable!!!
What's not so great: Nothing I can say.

Mac Reboot Necessary

They don't tell you that you have to reboot your Mac after you download an upgrade. If you don't it won't let you e-file your return

Great for the Price

I was pleased with the program. Would like to see what is coming up so not to enter deductions in wrong place, especially the medical ones. Maybe a program outline that highlights as you complete parts of the return.
What's great about it: Low price with quality product
What's not so great: Navigation when making changes could be better

Easy and Fast

I really like using Turbo Tax. It is easy and fast and appears to be very thorough. Using the e-file option makes filing so much easier, and paying or receiving refunds much faster. Plus I don't have to spend so much time trying to find everything in the instructions, turbo Tax lays it al out for me.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax knows what to do and guides me easily ans quickly.
What's not so great: My Military Pension from previous years was not found, and it was a little unclear where and how to enter it.

This is an excellent product. I have used for over 5 years, and feel very confident in the programming. No errors found. I don't usually get a refund, but am sure that the returns are correct.
What's great about it: Ease of Entry and understanding of questions

Easy to use

I've used TurboTax for at least ten years now. Every year it has gotten better and easier to use. The last several years it's had the same format, which over time makes it very easy to navigate.
I am set up on automatic renewal and always get my copy in the mail, at the end of the year. They also let me know when I need to update my credit card on file with a new expiration date.
I always recommend this product to my friends and family.
What's great about it: Import of last years return and this years W2s
What's not so great: I cannot recall any cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
