Easy and Fast!

Just like going to a tax accountant minus the hundreds of dollars for their fees. You just answer questions one at time and your done. E-File right after. No more wasting paper printing your returns and standing in line at the post office! One more thing, once you enter your info, it copies it to your next years tax return which makes it even faster and easier to file. Just change the amounts and your done!
What's great about it: So Easy. Just answer the questions and you're DONE!!

In any discussions I have with people about filing taxes I recommend Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax over the last several years and feel confident that I am filing correctly. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand what the software walked me through
What's not so great: Never sure there will not be more updates by the IRA after I file.

Railroad Retirement Return

There was one answer to the question I had that made everything work out ok. Even needed help deleting a form I had accidently entered and help with that was successful as well.
What's great about it: Had a hard time with the RRB-1099-R but the help menu answered all of my questionsl.
What's not so great: Was hard to find the help the first time.

Thank you. This is the only tax service I've used, but it has become easier each year. Only concern is that I see no response after clicking a box. Sometimes I click two and three times becaus I'm not sure I clicked hard enough.
What's great about it: It gets easier each year
What's not so great: Unsure of progress after clicking. No response.
