Worth the money

What's not so great: Couldn't get it to work on my computer with Windows 8 but it worked fine on another computer with Windows 7

Surving Another Tax Season

Generally, the software has performed as anticipated. The ability to check the actual forms as they are filled in by the application is helpful. For persons with straightforward to moderately complex tax situations, TurboTax continues to provide a convenient and usually reliable means for completing state and federal returns.
What's great about it: Automatically bringing forward data from previous returns.
What's not so great: The (seeminingly) daily updates can be annoying as the time for actually filing is reached.

have heard for years that I could save a lot of money by doing my own taxes I finally listened and I'm glad I did. I saved a bunch. I'll use it every year. It doesn't take as long as people say it does when you are a first time user. I zoomed right through. Thank you "intuit" TURBOTAX

Awesome software. It pointed out credits and deductions I wasn't aware that I qualified for. It's quick and simple. It really beats doing it by hand. With their software, my returns were greatly maximized. Kudos!
What's great about it: Quick. Simple. Thorough.
What's not so great: I was required to pay for state e-filing.

I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to do so. I have many friends that spend hundreds of dollars to have their taxes done "professionally" and their returns are no more complicated than mine.
I even had some unique situations this year that I have never experienced before and TurboTax guided me thru them with ease.
I am confident that my taxes are done correctly and I am receiving my maximum refund. This is an excellent product!
