Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and switched from Tax Cut.
What's great about it: Liked pulling all of the information from prior year's return. Easy to navigate and review forms if I have any questions
What's not so great: Would be nice to print out the draft Fed. and state return earlier in the process

I can't remember how many years I've been using TURBO TAX.. Could be 25 years or so. It just keeps getting better and better with very good questions and helpful assistance. I can't ever see using any other service..
