All in all Turbo Tax is the go to DIY tax software for me I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 yrs and never felt as though I left money on Uncle Sams table that wasn't a legitimate tax write off. Thanks Turbo Tax for all the hard and through work you put into this software.

What's great about it: Easy to use, trustworthy to cover every topic.
What's not so great: more insightful prompting for parents paying adult child tuition.

Turbo Tax is the only software I've been using for years.
What's great about it: easy, straight forward (most of the time)
What's not so great: Needs little more guides on some forms, ex: 1099-SA, 5498-SA

Capital Gains surprise

Used the interview process. It was easy to follow and made sure I didn't miss anything. The e-filing "felt good". Thanks
What's great about it: Didn't expect my captial gains from a stock sale would have a zero tax rate.
What's not so great: The partnership screens were a pain.

I've used turbo for several years and think it was confusing this year than in previous years. I also didn't like the service charge that was higher than the actual cost to efile the state!!! I wont do it again!!!
What's great about it: Efiling
What's not so great: seemed more confusting this year.
