This is our 15th year to use the program - it's so easy and convenient. I think it's a bit expensive as software goes, but still way cheaper than going to an actual CPA or other private tax service...if there were actual forms available though I would do it by hand like I used to years ago - but with computers now it's so easy to just plug in the laptop and get going....
What's great about it: simple to understand
What's not so great: always having to toggle down the page to find the "continue" button
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When I told it I did not want to file by e-file it kept asking me to sign for an e-file. I did not wish to use e-file as I want to mail a check. I didn't want to use the free e-file as there are other members of my family who could use it.
There was no way to skip it so I backed out.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and use
What's not so great: efile signature request

Great Refunds

I did my families Federal and State returns with no problems. Very easy to use and great refunds
What's great about it: easy to use and helpful
What's not so great: It would be nice if the State E-file would be free like the Federal

Fee's

I paid the fee for the efile and when I was finished with my taxes I was unable to efile due to I received third party sick pay and Box 1 of my W2 forms was empty. So I have to now print them out and send them in and it appears I lost the money that I paid to efile due to this. Displeased, this has never happened before.
What's great about it: I like the way it walks you through everything
What's not so great: Fee's
