I was disappointed that I manually had to tell Turbo Tax to import forms from Quicken. This used to be prompted by the program. In addition, not all of the relevant information was imported.
What's great about it: Pulls information from last year
What's not so great: Not as seamless with Quicken as it used to be

Not bad, could use some tweaks though

I have been using TurboTax for more than 15 years and trust it does calculations correctly. It walks you though the filing process and makes it easy to understand. It is very user friendly.
The areas for improvement are:
1) When printing your tax returns for filing and want to use Duplex printing, start the duplex on the IRS form NOT the instruction form.
2) When viewing your progress through the application, why do you have to scroll all the way to to bottom of the long page? Why not put a Next/Continue button at the top as well?

Overall the items I mentioned for improvement are not deal breakers for me. I think the application is a good one and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Imports data, walks you through the process
What's not so great: Printing returns could be improved
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I did my return in about an hour and electronically filed my return.

much easier to find sections this year and previous years deductions showed up from last year making it easier to plug in current numbers of deductions taken last year
What's great about it: deductions were transferred over from last year
What's not so great: certain places were you answer the question no and go back into it again you have to keep checking no.

What's not so great: Trying to sell during the process. Like to have an option to shut that off

Nice consistent easy to use

Finished both fed & state in about 3 hours. good stuff. will use again next year!
What's great about it: carry over from last year flawless; option of interview or right to forms makes it easy
What's not so great: interview and checks are a little cumbersome, overall though, great
