TurboTax gets easier to use every year. I've been using it for a few years now. I like it better than the other tax software after trying those as well.
What's great about it: Easier than ever to use.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Pretty good experience

Encountered a bug when I tried to e-file. Software thought it needed an update before filing, but updates were current. Friendly tech support walked me through a fix which merely required me to restart my computer. Other than that, another good year.
What's great about it: import from previous years, intuitive step-by-step process
What's not so great: hit a snag on e-filing

Huge Timesaver!

Using Turbo Tax year on year has been a great experience. The program's ability to import your historical data from previous tax returns and your financial institutions is a huge time saver. Only having to input your current tax data and any changes in your tax situation makes for a very efficient way to meet our tax obligations while maximizing our return. Keep up the great work Intuit!
What's great about it: Very Efficient

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product

Overall a great product. Provides confidence that return is completed correctly and accurately. The page that offers automatic renewal does not account for those of us that already have that feature. Hopefully we don't end up getting charged twice next year or having our renewal cancelled!
What's great about it: Gets more user friendly each year.
What's not so great: Saving to print on another PC before filling is still somewhat awkward

The ability to transfer info from last years return to this years return at beginning saved a lot of time. When downloading new software which Turbo Tax requested I had to initiate a restart of computer to install software. After restart received message "Fatal Error", could not recover 2013 return. "Not Happy"! Ended up finding my save of files in my Document area. Everything was recovered and return finished without mishap.
