Why I use TurboTax

I like doing my taxes using TurboTax because it walks me through the process of filling out the tax forms, and suggests items that I might not be aware of (for example the taxes on a new car). Every year that I have used it, I have gotten money back on both Federal and State. My colleagues seem to always have to pay the state.
What's great about it: It is easy & walks you through the process
What's not so great: At one point, I had to check No in a series of monthly entries. There should be an option to fill in all at once

No other concerns. I've used turbo tax for over fifteen years with no problems.
What's great about it: Simplicity of the product.
What's not so great: No longer offer the comparisons of similar taxable income brackets.

I filed electronically with my Federal form, but I want to mail my state forms in myself. I need to print it out and I am having a problem.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Confusing when not completing in one session. Can't print out data when completed without difficulty.

E-file Failure

Very disappointed in product, 2013 retail-store purchased version of product has a bug that prevented me from e-filing. Bug occurs when trying to transmit e-file federal return, validation cancels citing the desktop version of the product requires a software update, however no updates are available to correct this bug. Did not have this problem with the 2012 or 2011 versions of product. Review of online Turbotax help questions show this is a known problem as of Jan 2013 however it had not been addressed when I tried to file in late Feb 2013
What's great about it: Easily filled out forms, guided me through the process
What's not so great: E-File function failed, had to file by mail :(
