Covers every detail of the tax process in a very understandable manner. Have used Turbo tax for 10 years. Just keeps getting better and better.

TurboTax is so easy. All you do is answer the questions and your done. If you don't know exactly what something means, there is a dropdown that explains everything. Its quick. Its easy. Its worth it.
What's great about it: It so easy. Just answer the questions.

I've been using TurboTax for about 5 years now. It's super easy and fast. I really love how it breaks every sections down and you can either jump around from section to section or have it walk you through everything. So much cheaper than paying someone or a company.
What's great about it: Easy and Reassuring
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I wish the instructions for entry of data related to the conversion of a non-deductible IRA contribution to a Roth IRA was more clearly indicated when making the original entries for retirement contributions. Perhaps just a note saying that such transactions will be handled in another screen - or asking if such a transaction was involved. Otherwise - the process is really smooth and efficient.
What's great about it: Carryover of prior year data is a major timesaver.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
