Very good, but can be improved

My only complaint is how the product behaves. When entering information you have to scroll down to find the next or continue option. Wouldn't be so bad if the page down or tab functionality allowed you to advance to the bottom of the page. The feel of the desktop product is similar to using a web browser, which might explain why navigation is not as good this year. Be careful or you can change your choices (check box entries) if you accidentally use the tab key.
What's great about it: Takes care of all of you tax worries.
What's not so great: Navigation buttons are hard to find.

e filing is still not being done by me. Friends have had problems doing this like lost or misused data.
What's great about it: seems easier than last year
What's not so great: didn't understand "paying 2012 taxes in 2013" questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another good experience except for the Form 8960 delay which was not TURBO TAX's fault.I would recommend using this product to everyone that has their tax records in order and wants to save money.
Thanks for making an unpleasant chore acceptable.
What's great about it: Clear instructions - written for the tax lay person
What's not so great: Long wait for IRS to complete form 8960
