TurboTax Deluxe works extremely well for me - I've used it for many years now filing both my Fed and State returns and have been very satisfied with everything. The questions make sure you enter all details needed and I like the checks that the program goes through to make sure you have included all details AND that it checks everything to make sure you get your maximum refund.
What's great about it: Forms are straightforward and easy to understand with the questions asked. I've used TurboTax for many years now!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use..It makes filing your taxes a piece of cake. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and the improvements each year just keeps making it better.

I've used every tax software out there and TurboTax is head and shoulders above the others. I won't switch again.

Makes taxes less taxing!

I've used TurboTax for several years and appreciate how the program takes much of the complexity out of the tax process. I would not want to do taxes without it!
My only complaint was I was expecting a "do you want to update" message when I first loaded the software. A family member told me how to update, and then additional updates did get flagged as I started the software.
What's great about it: Tranfer of prior tax year information saves LOTS of time. The error check feature.
What's not so great: I was surprised by the lack of a "would you like to update" when I first loaded Turbotax. That was automatic before.

Great for Federal Return, not perfect for Illinois

This is the 2nd year that Turbo Tax could not efile my Illiinois return, but couldn't tell me that until it took my credit card and charged me. Get this FIXED!!
Except for the above scenario, everything else is great, I love the electronic import feature of the package and the interface. Very quick and good.
