Pretty darn easy

I think I started out really well and understood all the questions. After a while I did get tired of having to review all the sections I had already reviewed to get to the section I did last.
All in all...moved along pretty quickly.

Good, not great product

It would be helpful if the question is asked early on, do you have earnings in any other state? If "no" then skip all the dialogue and questions about state taxes.
"no" means I don't have to pay state taxes and I don't want to answer that question again in this return.

Be careful to always have "lay "people read and try to understand what you mean. Computer people tend to talk to computer people all the time. Otherwise aall is well.
What's great about it: easy 99%of the time
What's not so great: hard to finish for printed copy and mail in taxes

A struggle

I have used this product for many years. This was the first year I have had some difficulty. First, I had to claim my regular monthly check constituted the mandatory reduction for over 70, which it didn't in years past. Then, in the Review, it kept asking me for state identification for the worksheet. I didn't know what that meant since I didn't see a worksheet until I printed it.
What's great about it: Easier than doing it myself
What's not so great: Had trouble with some of the directions

Easy to Understand and Use

Year headings on the Tax History Report are incorrect. Only three years print and they should be 2011, 2012 2013 from left to right.
What's great about it: Very straight forward and easy to understand
What's not so great: Found one error on the backup form printing.
