Very efficient and to the point.

The Pennsylvania state form handled my retirement income as taxable. It was difficult trying to find how to overcome this error in the worksheet portions of the program.
What's great about it: Itemized deductions were easily entered.
What's not so great: Difficult to indicate pension income as nondeductible at state level.

2013 turbo tax deluxe

I haven't used turbo tax since 2009 and decided to go back and try this year. Found the questions through the interview to be a little confusing and did't like the fact that I couldn't easily navigate to the forms

In AZ we need a copy of Schedule A even if we wind up taking a standard deduction on Fed taxes. Every year, I have to go to the IRS, print schedule A and file it out by hand with a pen using numbers from Turbo Tax. Why can't there be an option to print schedule A for state purposes only?
I have asked for 3 years in a row and never get a reply

Turbo Tax is a fantastic tool. I have used T/Tax for over 12 years and it just gets better! No problems with product at all...I had to wait till 20 Feb to file due to a Federal update no big deal! Super product and I recommend it to everyone!
What's great about it: Easy, quick, and complete!
What's not so great: awaiting updates till I could file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I don't know what I would do with out turbo tax, I did my own for a number of years and was on a first name basis with the IRS as I made many mistakes, since I started using Turbo tax no problems. How nice. Thanks
