We have had some capital gains loss that has been carried over for a number of years. The way that was figured did not have clear explanation so that I was able to understand what was happening.
Not that it would have made any difference, I did not understand why no sales tax for our state was listed.
The state tax has no explanation of what is happening. I only have to assume the figuring was correct. I wish there was more information given so I could have more confidence in the process.
What's great about it: I like the step by step guidance through the program.
What's not so great: I wish some parts had more explanaton on what was happening.

i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS. I AM A CPA AND STILL RELY ON TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: EASE OF DATA ENTRY
What's not so great: CAN NOT PRINT ALL SCREENS-EX. AUDIT RISK ASSESSMENT

We have used TurboTax for over 25 years and have always had good results. This is the best do-it-yourself tax program on the market and we will continue to use it in the future. Thanks, TurboTax!

I give this software a high rating for usability. When I needed to review a deduction, it was easy to obtain the help. I feel confident that I entered all the information required for IRS . I have a better understanding of the options to improve my refund for next year.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly-I reviewed all my forms individually and corrected them with ease
What's not so great: Printing forms for filing had too many Turbo tax sheets included. Decided to print manually the forms needed .

Have been having a Accounting Group doing them to this point. Did not take much more to do the taxes. I would have to get the info. and give it to them, not to much time to do your forms. Time will tell about how well it works The biggest problem is getting a nickname that will go through !!!
What's great about it: Went over veary well & you could go back anytime
What's not so great: Had a problem of were some things were going(some income)
