Always the best.

Turbo tax always gets the job done effectively and efficiently. I feel that everything is covered and no deductions or income is missed.
What's great about it: Step by step complete guide to filing taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Awesome Tax program

The program guides me though filling out my return, asking questions along the way, and only presenting forms that are needed. At anytime I can go back and add more information or correct information I already added.
I have used this program for many years, and I really like it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use the step by step, also easy to go back and change entries
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.

TurboTax continues to get better and better each year. I truely appreciate the ease of use, the help menus, and the flow of the material and screens. I try to recommend TurboTax to all my peers.

Just the best!

It can't be any easier. If you want to have your hand held or "do it yourself", the choice is yours. e-filing was simple and easier this year since it remembered all my previous info (including bank account info). Only annoying thing was that it started at the beginning every time I reloaded the return. It also showed every copy of my return, even copies I archived on external drives. Made it a bit confusing originally.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Guided or manual choice. Electronic filing a snap

Quite Simple!

Process was made easy. As I did it in two sittings, I saw an excellent statement tax review generated the first time which I couldn't see the second time.
What's great about it: Makes a complex process simple
What's not so great: If done in more than one sitting cannot review last sittings work.

When trying to re-enter my old account have problems with the sign in they send me a pin number but it kept saying did not recognize the pin number I hope in the future that you changes this from having account already to just charge to the charge when finish each year. try to remember from year to year or where I wrote in down at is a little much

As always, Turbo Tax is simply the best. Easy to use, helpful, and it almost makes paying your taxes enjoyable!
