Great Returns!

I love using turbo tax. not only does it find me all possible deductions but I can click on the quick links to find the meaning of anything that may pertain to me. They have live service if i desire and the efiling is quick and easy. Love it and will continue with Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: quick & easy with deductions I didn't know existed

Make a product line which includes those "extras". Let me choose which "extras" I want during my initial and only purchase. It goes with the socioeconomic norm to throw extras at the customer throughout. Be the industry leader by thinking outside the bubble surrounding the box.
What's great about it: I usually do not have difficult tax data.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax has given me pause. I despise being bombarded with extra offerings with extra costs.

Turbo Tax to me is the best tax prep on the market, short of spending alot of money going to a tax specialist.
What's great about it: Easy to use, I've been using it for years. Great product
What's not so great: there is nothing I don;t like about this product

Missing ID theft info

Originaly program would not let me enter secondary payers ID theft pin number. Only the primary could be entered. If primary dose not have Pin number and return is filed without entering secondary's pin number, the IRS will reject the return. After the return is rejected turbo tax sends the link to enter secondary Pin number.

Like the automatic generation of forms needed. Also like the ease of use of the GUI and the ability to go back and forth between step by step and forms.
What's great about it: Import of last years data and tax info.
What's not so great: Financial institution late data import availability.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
