FInally a refund

This is the first time I have ever done my taxes on my own. It was easy and didn't take too long. I know next year will be quicker because I won't have to input all the information. I pleased with how well this went!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not knowing how or what to input in some spots

Perennial Payback !!

Great program that walks you through every conceivable tax situation. All instructions and forms are easily followed. Year-to-Year carry forward of tax data makes filing subsequent years much easier, too.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Thoroughness
What's not so great: Cost of E-Filing State Returns

Fast & Easy

We've used Turbo Tax for the past several years and find it to be much easier to use than your competition. It is accurate, easy to follow, and the e-filing application is very helpful.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to use, captured all our information seamlessly
What's not so great: Updates were often slow to download and/or install

Daughter's private school costs were requested by Turbo Tax when my income was too high to deduct these costs. Extra work & lost sleep.
Other than that, pretty good product. dld
What's not so great: Asked for deduction input when my income disqualifies me for the deduction.

Getting easier every year

Been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years and found that besides the annual improvements, filing a return is getting to be apiece of cake.
What's great about it: Like the ability to change/correct entries from start to finish
What's not so great: Did not find any

Overall, very good. It sure beats trying to do taxes on my own.
What's great about it: I lked how your led me from one item to the next and how you had my information from the year before.
What's not so great: However, some of the instructions for correcting errors were hard to follow.
