Definitely worth the money. The online submission is the most convenient around.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: It was difficult to find the overview of what was paid the previous year after leaving the screen.

Long time user.

We've been using Turbo Tax since the late 80's. Still have the floppy disks. There's a reason we've used Turbo Tax for so long. It's so easy. If you like it the first time that you use it, you're hooked because all your data flows from year to year, Federal to State, that's what software is suppose to do, make work easier. Great product year after year!

who did your taxes last year, you or tax preparer? Did you both do it together, separate or not at all? Did this mean us at a married couple or the couple and their tax preparer. I choose a together as a married couple, but this was not what was asked.
What's great about it: usually thorough

Turbo Tax - Saved me Dollars

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. I used it in 2013 and again this year. I highly recommend it. I will be using it from now on. Make sure you have all tax forms before filing. Turbo Tax is available early in the year and all personal tax forms might not be mailed until late February, or even March.

State Residency Query

Could use improvement on determining state residency status. My situation: residency in one state, but lived and earned wages in another for a period of time. Question: what is the amount of time required to change residency status? This is important; would've helped if Turbo would have had more guidance here.

Easy as Pie!

Once again Turbo Tax made filing our Taxes easy as pie! I love the fact that so much info is automatically transferred from last year's return. I do wish there had been more information regarding how to handle a withdrawal from a ROTH IRA.
What's great about it: Overall very straightforward and easy to follow
What's not so great: I was on my own when it came to dealing with a ROTH IRA withdrawal
Pros: I bought or sold investments
