Turbo to the T

Enjoy using the system. With my knowledge, I feel that its detail enough and specific about guiding me though the process. I wish it was more interactive to understand my habits from year to year. Overall its quite positive as an ongoing user.
What's great about it: Being able to review and make changes while taking enough time to hash out answers.
What's not so great: Getting some more specific answers are tough and requires some knowledge on what to look for.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I don't understand why I owe money. How did this situation come about? What can I do in order to get a return at the end of the year instead of having to owe money?
Advice or explanations I think could help people understand the tax system better.
Overall, it was a very easy experience.

What's great about it: easy to fill out. Low time consumption.
What's not so great: That I had to pay the government money. Can I get an explanation of WHY I owed money?

Good Job Turbo Tax

Got it done real quick. And I feel secure that I wont have problems with the IRS.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, makes scense,
What's not so great: I wish turbo tax could be a work expense. Its deductable but its not enough.

What's great about it: very straightforward, displays progress, helps you be realistic of how long it will take
What's not so great: Didn't like how it kept asking me if I owned a house after saying that I do not.

Turbo Tax just keeps improving. What I noticed this year was how seamlessly the tool goes from advice to the Its Deductible Tool to calculations. The running totals up top gave me a much better understanding of what we can do to minimize our tax liability in the future.
What's great about it: Fantastic advice, ability to do what if scenarios

This is the easiest way to do taxes, in my opinion. Very quick, very simple, actually almost enjoyable.
What's great about it: I love the fact that my info from last year is imported to this year's return.
