Speedy & Clean

As always (have used it for years) Turbo Tax was fast and easy to install and use. It's made it so-o-o easy for me to file returns. My only hesitation this year was that it "checked for updates" after all the Federal tax form was filled out, which made me rather nervous....considering all the security breeches everywhere these days! If I remember right, in previous years, it always checked for updates BEFORE you started your returns? Otherwise, went through smooth and without a glitch.
What's great about it: Quick and Clean
What's not so great: Updated TurboTax AFTER I filled in Fed info. Made me nervous.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and feel I have gotten the maximum amount due me, with the least amount of pain each time. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything in the shortest time possible.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always get the most with TurboTax

Been using TurboTax for at least 9 years and have always
received what I thought I had coming and sometimes more
than I expected...really makes it easy and when you're done
there isn't someone there with their hand out for a couple of hundred dollars that has to be paid before you get your refund if you have one coming....

What's great about it: Easy step by step prompts....can go back when not really sure
What's not so great: some questions make you think you have things when you don't

let's get to the bottom of this

it would be VERY NICE if after completing a section on either income or deductions that you would come out to the bottom of the page to click next rather than have to scroll down to get there.
perhaps add a CTL + End or . . . . nothing for one less click

Thank you for providing this product to us it is definitely more cost effective for us to be able to complete our taxes. I do find it a little difficult to enter school expenses and job expenses.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: The asking to purchase additional products.

Gets the Job Done!

I like this software a lot. I have used Turbotax for over 15 years. It is an excellent product and makes doing my taxes as painless as can be done.
What's great about it: Easy to use and much faster than other ways to do my taxes.
