I finally had to go to help to create a password. I had no idea to go to file and see password. It would be easier to make us aware if we want to create a password to enter Turbo Tax or continue Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Entering and editing data
What's not so great: Finding password entry.

not a good experience

I have used turbo tax for the past 8 yrs or so, this was the worst experience I have had. I was unable to import last years taxes from the pdf that it was saved in by turbo tax. When I checked the customer service help section there so many steps to retrieve the info, I decided to manually enter in all the info from last year. This never happened in the past, I just would stick in the flash drive and import it directly into the program. The other area I wasn't pleased with was with importing my investment info which turbo tax said was not there as I was sitting there with a copy I had printed on my lap. This was very disappointing and added considerable work to a process that in the past had been very smooth. 2 strikes, get your process back together!
What's great about it: walked through all the steps
What's not so great: unable to import investment info and last years return

Quick and Secure

This is probably the fourth or fifth year I've used Turbo Tax. It's amazing how easy the software is to use, and they make sure that you are doing everything correctly and securely. It takes you through step by step to make sure everything is handled, and nothing is left unfinished.
What's great about it: Quick, painless, secure, confident that you'll get the full refund
What's not so great: none

I always seem to loose the free State electronic submitting before I even get to use it.

TurboTax Time

Just e filed my returns to cap another year of tax necessities. Couldn't do it myself without TurboTax.
What's great about it: Top notch, easy to use, excellent program
What's not so great: Computer glitch that TurboTax Cust. Support got me through. 2 1/2 hrs!!

Easy 2013 Tax Time

This was a great way to get my taxes done quickly and efficiently allowing me to know all my information I can deduct.
What's great about it: Easy to Read, Step by step approach
What's not so great: Didn't know address to send State taxes to
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
