I GOT MY BILLION BACK AGAIN WITH TURBO TAX

I have used and appreciated the positive changes to the TurboTax Deluxe product over the last ten-plus years. It's gotten us nicely through three moves with multiple-state fillings. I used to do taxes manually, reading various publications, etc. and TurboTax was a revolutionary change to the whole process. I soon believed TT had all the answers to any question various tax issues could throw our way. The support feature was quite helpful this year; sent in my question and had the answer almost immediately. In fact, after the first tax session with TurboTax years ago, the rest have been a dream, building upon a easy-to-use foundation. I wouldn't be without TT. I don't have to leave the house, it's sent to me before the end of each year. Began, Begun, I'm Done!: completed taxes mid February and they are e-filed too. If you haven't already, you've got to try TurboTax.

What's great about it: Organized, intuitive, resourceful processes, trustworthy results
What's not so great: Few if any. Did wonder where a certain form might be entered; wasn't obvious something "searchable".
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Having the info from the year before- Added questions to make me think
What's not so great: Problems getting my User ID and password. and then back into the system. Finding a nickname that hasn't been used.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Every Year!

I have filed my taxes with TurboTax for several years and enjoy the ease of getting a very stressful process out of the way in less than an hour. I love the step-by-step process and knowing that any question that might come up has an answer right at my finger tips. It couldn't be any simpler or more convenient!
What's great about it: So easy! My taxes are DONE in less than an hour!
What's not so great: None!

i have used turbotax for over 10 years. I like that it is quick and I get my refund so fast. It is easy as well. I will continue to use turbotax forever. the help center is great. They helped me with my computer glitch in minutes. Awesome!!

Makes tax time almost painless! Lots of information and help available on the website, and the program keeps you updated with information on tax form availability, and the status of your return.
What's great about it: Walks you thru, step by step!

can't print return

see above. very frustrated right now. fortunately was able to e file so return is done, just not able to print balance of it. never had this happen before!
What's great about it: works as in prior years
What's not so great: for what ever reason printed 39 pages of return and stopped. can not even get pages now printed one at a time.

for some reazon, Ican't print all the documents, allways missing last pages, or the information overlaps with different caracters, I tried 4 different times same result
