Downloaded quickly without incident. Keeps running total of your refund or tax due. Asks all the right questions for the novice or the experienced or can go it on your own if you think you know it all. Love the download from the prior year which has been a forever feature. Screens easy to use, enter and understand. Enter, save and come back to complete at your convenience. Easy access for corrections if you miss something. Easy efile. Been using Turbo tax for years this year has been the best experience by far.
What's great about it: Downloaded quickly without incident, easy access to each category.
What's not so great: Nothing

The program was great, but the update with the forms spazzed out and didn't let me acquire them quickly. Made me want to pull my hair out for an hour or two.
What's great about it: straight forward, a cave man could do it
What's not so great: update stress
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Same Great Product

I've been using Intuit TurboTax for years. I find it to be a simple, well-designed product that allows me to prepare my taxes myself with confidence that it's done well. I will continue to use TurboTax and recommend it to anyone who wants to save some money and learn about our tax system.
My only suggestion would be to have free federal AND STATE e-file. I refuse to pay to get my money back, so I always print/mail my state return.
What's great about it: simple, intuitive, thorough, informative
What's not so great: fee for state e-file
