Turbo Tax is great

I don't like the loading time when opening turbo tax, but I understand that it is looking for updates on the website before loading so it is understandable. I love the ease of use and the audit guarantee. I have used Turbo Tax for years now and have never had a problem... I think it is great...
What's great about it: Easy to use and answers questions fully

TurboTax is easy to use and accurate. Sometimes a little overprotective, but better safe than sorry.
What's great about it: Goes through everything
What's not so great: Sometimes more help than I need, but that's OK

Excellent program, walks you through every detail of filing taxes. You cannot make a mistake or forget anything. It covers everything and ask you every possible question there is.
What's great about it: Walks you through every detail
What's not so great: Nothing

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I like it because it walks you thru all sections. It is easy to understand.

THE EASIEST FASTEST WAY TO FILE YOUR TAXES ... WE'VE USED TURBO TAX FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW AND WOULD NOT CHANGE TO ANY OTHER SOFTWARE OR SERVICE !!!

As a user of Turbo Tax for many, many years, I am pleased that the software continues to evolve with enhancements and intuitive changes each year. As a retiree with a financial management education and career I can understand the ease of using such a fine package.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is the finest tax preparation software I have ever used.
What's not so great: Print procedure is difficult after the print review stage
