As usual, it has been an easy process. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have had great success with it.
What's great about it: Uses prior year info to shorten process, it's quick, and accurate
What's not so great: Civil Service Retirement can be a bit confusing.

Filing Easy

I have used this product for several years and find it easier to use each year. The import of previous data, the step by step procedures and checking and re-checking give me great confidence. Unfortunately, this year I purchased the product before the rebate. Will continue to use this product to e-fine my federal return.
What's great about it: A very user friendly product.
What's not so great: None, except perhaps a less expensive single state e-file,

Stress Free Return For 2013 !

This year was the most stress free preparation I have experienced in quite some time. It was like someone taking me by the hand, showing me the best route to take, guaranteeing a cost effective and scenic vacation.
What's great about it: Updated Changes By The IRS Were Featured.
What's not so great: Better Prompts Detailing Specific Deductions Taken in Previous Years.

Just as good as ever

Been using TurboTax for many years. Even in some years when my taxes got a little complicated I have been confident that I could do them without spending big bucks for an accountant.
What's great about it: Methodical and thorough. Can do my taxes in easy bite size increments

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has always been so easy. It guides you through the entire filing process no problem!
What's great about it: I love how easy and user friendly Turbo Tax is.
What's not so great: I can't think of one thing.

Easier last year

This year more generalized terms were used than in previous years when itemizing deductions. A little more difficult than the last few years.
What's great about it: All the work is done for you
What's not so great: didn't find my return from last year. Itemizations were not as detailed as previous years.
