Navagation continues to be easy. Other than the problem with the State Sales Tax Form, I went right through the return as I had put together the information for the Itemized deductions.
What's great about it: Clear Explained Questions
What's not so great: Needed State Sales Tax Schedule A and it took Chat to clear up

Turbo tax Deluxe

I do my family's and friends returns. I do not know why I am constantly being "pushed" into e-filing when I just want to print returns and give them to the people to mail.
What's great about it: Fast and accurate
What's not so great: Difficult to print simply returns

What, 20 years of using Turbo Tax? Love it!

I have been a user of Turbo Tax since the mid 90s. I have a full time job as an airline crew member and make a few grand a year in a part time band. The Deluxe version has always done a nice job of guiding me through my income, schedule C for the band as well as job related expense deductions.
What's great about it: T.T. Deluxe is all I have ever used for a W2 job plus a little side business. Never been autited!
What's not so great: Can't think of one.

I have used Turbo tax for 7 years and you have made it easier each year to do taxes
What's great about it: ease of use on entering information
What's not so great: cumbersome on form names you provide verses what we are provided
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Once again, Turbo Tax has proven to be straightforward and easy to use in preparing my returns. Prompts and explanations are useful in making sure that I have the right information and backup.

TT Triumph!

Once again, Turbo Tax made the dreaded tax season as easy and unstressful as possible. I couldn't imagine doing taxes any other way and plan to continue using TT in the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: SImple and easier than ever!
What's not so great: What cons?
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
