Problems with Head of household and child care caused a lot of frustration. WAAAAAAAyYYYYY tOOOOO much
What's great about it: Tax was ok
What's not so great: not very self explanatory
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best refund ever

I have used Turbotax for years and always felt I was getting the best possible refund. It seems even easier to use this year. I would highly recommend to all.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use and very comprehensive
What's not so great: Took a few days for government to release all forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another HAPPY TAX YEAR using TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax since its inception, and it has gotten better and better, year after year! The program will guide you through the tax return process (for first time users) or allow seasoned users to press-on-your-own. Either way, TurboTax will check your return to ensure you are receiving the MAXIMUM amount you are entitled too. Thank you again TurboTax for another pain-free TAX Preparation year for 2013!
What's great about it: The choice of step-by-step guidance or explore-on-your-own is Golden!
What's not so great: None that I can think of!

So Easy Saves Time!

This is my second year using Turbo Tax. I previously filed on my own and it was very time consuming to read IRS instructions to make sure I was placing the information and dollar amounts in the correct locations. Also, I frequently had to check for math errors and any additional deductions or credits that may have been overlooked. With Turbo Tax I felt confident and secure that all of my information was correctly accounted for and that the math calculations were accurate. The minimal cost of the program is worth every penny.
What's great about it: Tax filing was quick, easy and convenient.
What's not so great: Occassionally I was unfamiliar with what was being asked and needed more information.

Excellent Customer Service!

I was very impressed with your customer service! I needed phone support at 10:00pm and it was available for me. The representative solved my problems and went above and beyond to support me in the process and keep me from accruing charges that I didn't need. I am certainly a customer for life!
What's great about it: She stayed on the phone with me as long as I needed. I never felt rushed!
What's not so great: The solution we came to was to re-do my file. It wasn't a bad solution, just extra work.
