fast filing

this is the first time in 15 years I have done my own taxes. My account retired and I purchased Turbo Tax. I now love to do my taxes.
What's great about it: TurboTax was easy to use and it walks you thru all the forms
What's not so great: non

Still best tax software for me

Love the long-term relationship I've had with Turbo Tax. I've been using it for over 10 years now, successfully! However, the last 2 or 3 years I've had to manually edit my return as well as family members' I've filed. Would be nice if I didn't have to go into Forms to do it because the Interview won't process correctly. However, LOVE that the option is there for when you DO need to make a manual adjustment. Overall, still won't use anything else!
What's great about it: Trusted and reliable
What's not so great: Still a few bugs-have had to manually edit my returns before sending

THE EASIEST MOST COMPREHENSIVE TAX PREP. I HAVE EVER USED. WILL NEVER DO MY TAXES ANY OTHER WAY FROM NOW ON.

Have used Turbotax since 2008 and have had wonderful results every year.
What's great about it: Quickly works you through taxes
What's not so great: Lots of questions on deductions when we always use standard deduction. Should have a spot to opt out of all the question

TurboTax Deluxe - Still a Great Tax Product

This year, using the Deluxe edition, I found that access to the online TurboTax Community was improved for finding answers to my questions, and I didn't have to wait for an answer, because my question was already covered by existing Q&A topics. However, the downside I found with TurboTax, is that when I choose to enter all the data myself, exit the program and return to enter more data, TurboTax always wants to offer the "guided input" (interview) method, instead of remembering that I always enter my own data. Regardless of this minor 'glitch,' I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years and I trust TurboTax to properly calculate my federal and state (CA) taxes and file accurate tax returns.
What's great about it: Access to TurboTax Community Q&A has been improved.
What's not so great: When I select the option to enter data myself, TurboTax doesn't remember that choice and wants to use 'guided input'

TurboTax Rocks!

I have used TurboTax in the past but took a hiatus to have a tax service complete my tax forms at an exceptionally high cost. I returned to using TurboTax for my 2013 taxes and I am exceptionally pleased with its ease of use with its step-by-step instructions, help menus, online communities, progress indicators and return review features. I purchased your program as a bundle with Quicken for a very low cost and saved over $500 dollars that I would have spent with a tax service, based on what I paid for their services in 2012. I am ecstatic to be using TurboTax once again!!!
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: None
