Do-It-Yourself Easy

I love the fact that I could do it myself, and not pay someone else an arm and a leg to complete this simple process. It's easy to understand, and they take you through the steps to make sure that you don't mess it up. It's your refund, your way! :)
What's great about it: I loved the simple process of walking you personally through things that you might not even think you'd qualify for...
What's not so great: None

Refund confusing

I did not want my refunds deposited directly in my bank account and checked the boxes to mail them to me. However, the program kept insisting that I was going to have them deposited directly into my account. I went back to where you check the "mail to me" box and it would have been changed to "Bank Deposit". I did this twice and it would not hold. I ended up with "Bank Deposit" and a extra fee. This is quite disturbing to me and I may not use Turbo Tax again. That is unfortunate because I have used Turbo Tax for several years.

TURBO TAX DELUXE

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 4 YEARS AND EVERY TIME I USE IT IT'S GREAT SOFTWARE. I LIKE THE ABILITY TO TRANSFER MY LAST YEAR INFO AND ENTER IT FOR ME, AS WELL AS MY W-2 FROM MY EMPLOYER.
OVERALL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO DO THEIR TAXES.

What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE SOFTWARE
What's not so great: NONE, LOVE ALL THE TOOLS IT OFFERS

I use turbo tax every year. I have used turbo tax for many years. Great program!

Transferring of info

It would be helpful if the Fed Tax ID number of employers, pensions, etc., was auto fill each year versus me having to go look it up. My pension folks don't always send a 1099 and I have to scramble to find their number. Turbo tax aleadr has the numvger from previous years, you already transfer over other info, so why not the Fed ID number?
