Very user Friendly

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 3 years and every year filing is stress free and easy. I enjoy filing my taxes in the privacy of my own home, and at my own pace. If I need to save my work, I can and resume right where I left off. Using Turbo Tax ensures I will receive the Highest refund from both Federal and State returns. If I need help during the filing process it is just a click away and that is reassuring knowing I will get imediate answers to my questions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick
What's not so great: a little more detail on State return process
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Inexpensive, Fast, Thorough

This is a great alternative for someone who either does not have too complicated a return, or a good record-keeper. I did not allow TurboTax to find my dividends or log into any records. I would be interested to see how that works, but still too skeptical of security. Nevertheless, this is an answer to a prayer for someone like me.
What's great about it: Step-by-step format and intuitive approach
What's not so great: had a little trouble submitting

i have used this product for years. love it. hope that i can make the transfer next year as i have switched to a mac!

Kept telling me there was an update available for filing by e-file, and when I tried to download and update, it kept saying none was available. I had already download the update. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: Very thorough and easy to use.
What's not so great: Could NOT get the e-file function to work.
