Problems with e-file with TT2013

I have to reinstall from the disk and update the program each time I send out the e-file of the returns. Besides that everything work out fine…. I did speak with the tech support over an hour to uninstall and download from his e-mail to reinstall but it does not work… Until I use the disk to re-install and update the program…
PS. I always update TT whenever it's available…Please fix the problem…. Thank you

What's great about it: Been using over 10 years
What's not so great: TT2013 e-file need to be reloaded the program each time

Good program overall. My only complaint Turbo Tax should be able to recognize that if a filer is in a state that does not have state income taxes there is no need to ask questions about those.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: being in Florida there are no state taxes. Turbo Tax should be able to recognize that and not ask about preparing those
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

i have used turbortax for the last 7yrs with few problems. notice more & more questions on the deluxe short forms. very please with product.

Quick and Easy

Easy returns for family quick and easy. My taxes take more time, but they are more complicated. I like that you can walk away when you're frustrated (not with the program, but the stupidity of the tax rules), have a tea, and come back.
What's great about it: Can do for my whole family
What's not so great: State charges and efiling too steep
