Always Amazing!

This is my second year using Turbo Tax and every year it just seems to get easier and quicker to do. I love it! Sign me up for 2014!!

It's so easy!

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years. As a retired CPA, I find it exceptionally easy and thorough. The guides that walk you through make it very fast. I will be using it again!!
What's great about it: east and thorough
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax since 1988. It works well.
Does not double check to ensure that Medicare insurance payments are not entered twice as additional medical insurance.

Override Debacle

Failure to alert customer that any "Override" eliminates the e-file option. Waiting until the return is otherwise ready to be e-file is misleading, at best. Customer should be alerted to this restriction early on in the process.
