As Good as Ever

I have been using TurboTax (TT) for many, many years. I find the combination of the interview and forms formats to be especially efficient. The format, the layout, the approach are all consistent from one year to the next. There are no major revisions or new versions to learn. It is easy and efficient.
What's great about it: The approach is consistent from year to year.

Taxes are Done!

Turbo Tax is a fairly simple way to get your taxes done. I would recommend it for people who don't tend to have complicated tax situations. If you use Turbo Tax the next year, it automatically imports your information from the previous year, and if you choose a state form to file, it will also automatically import the figures from your federal return. This element can be a big time saver. Once I had my federal taxes done, it took only about 5 extra minutes to get my state done. I found the section relating to our home refinance to be a bit complicated, but most areas of the process went smoothly and were easy to follow.
What's great about it: I like the step by step process and links to pop-up help windows
What's not so great: I found the mortgage refinance section confusing

Fun One Year!

Turbo Tax was easy to understand - just me that made it complicated.
What's great about it: The ease of the interactive format.
What's not so great: Wasn't sure of a couple forms and how to fill out the first time but when understood - easy!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy and straight Forward

It actually was not that hard. I hesitated doing my own but I will not hesitate next year because Turbo Tax made it easy.
What's great about it: It stepped you through every possible scenario
What's not so great: It stepped you through EVERY possible scenario and it took longer than I expected.

Aced my return!

This year filing my return was even easier than last year (I used the Easy wizard) even though I itimized my deductions to take advantage of our new car sales taxes.
What's great about it: Easier, comprehensive and thorough.
