TURBO TAX INTUIT IS A WORKABLE AND TRUSTING APPLICAITON AND FORM, I WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ALL I KNOW INCLUDEING FRIENDS FAMILY AND COWORKERS.

What's great about it: EASY TO NAVIGATE, EAST TO COMPRIHEND, WORTH EFFORT.
What's not so great: FORMS ARE A LITTLE EMPTY, NEEDS MORE HELP OPTIONS, AND A LIVE CHAT FROM PROGRAM WILL BE GREAT.

I used Turbo tax for many years. I like the importing of information in the forms. The only thing I have that's negative is the increasing cost of the programs.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is straight forward if you want to go through the interview process. Since I am familiar with the forms I can go right to just filling in those forms that i want. I also liked that this year the program could download my 1099 forms from stock investments. It's always great that it copies information directly from the previous years return also.
What's great about it: It allows you to by pass the interview process and go to the areas that I want to work on.

Easy as usual

I've used TurboTax for a decade and each year, it (or I) gets easier to use. It's terrific being guided thru all the steps and seeing instant updates. Not like the olden days of trying to find each piece of paper at the post office or library. And e-filing! How great to get the refund quickly and not wait for the snail for deliver.
What's great about it: Easy to make changes/ navigate to and fro
What's not so great: Unable to go back to a certain page

Great Way to Submit Taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years. I was beginning to think I was getting to old to use the tax program but this year was so simple to use I can see myself doing it for a few more years.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Improvement over last year.
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
