Love this program, I have used this program for the last 7+ years. Love it, love it, love it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had a problem getting help on importing my 2012 turbo Tax.......I had to change log in and password between 2012 and my purchase of your 2013product - that was one big problem!!
What's great about it: Great help on all topics along the way
What's not so great: could not import my 2012 Tax

For about 5 or 6 years I did my taxes with Turbo Tax and did not have a problem.
Last year I used a commercial service as I had a Capitol loss and was not sure about it. After a Bill of $300 and seeing what was done I wish that I had trusted Turbo Tax to walk me through the process.
This year I had a carry over of the loss and was able to figure it out.
My taxes are not difficult and could probably easily do them with a pen and paper, but I like the double check that Turbo Tax offers and the very neat end product.

Program was easy to use - had a lot of entries this year, so it took about 2 1/2 hours - but the program stepped me through each step. This is the 7th year I have used TurboTax and I appreciate all of the updates each year that make filing taxes so much easier.

Shoud advise you to do "review" process periodically and not just at the end in order to find what may have hung you up
What's great about it: Ease of entry, help on hand by topic
What's not so great: Form entry problems went undetected until final review process
Pros: I bought or sold investments
