If organized at start, the prep time is fast.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: List of Multiple Charitable Deductions created some confusion

I've used TurboTax since 1995, with the exception of trying H&R Blocks program once (more complicated and confusing) and a CPA (actually would have received a larger return if I'd used TurboTax, plus the CPA was late completing my return and I had to pay a late fee) one year.
Turbo Tax is great. The only reason that I would ever stop using Turbo Tax would be if I went back to using the 1040EZ and fully gave in to Taxation for Idiots.
What's great about it: Complete, thorough and pointed.

Entering data into TurboTax was easy even though my return is more complex than some.
What's great about it: Very user friendly
What's not so great: No place to enter the fed ID on 1099-DIV input page
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The software is very easy to use, well organized and step through processes are very useful.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and useful wizards
What's not so great: None that I have experienced
