Gets Easier Every Year

Generally my tax experience was quick and easy. However,
we bought our Turbo Tax early and in the middle of preparing our Federal Taxes there was an issue with a form that was supposedly not yet available. Being technologically challenged it took awhile to find the updates, but once we did, it was smooth sailing.

What's great about it: Love having everything carried over from previous year.
What's not so great: Small problem with one application.

Great job! Greatly appreciate the high quality of TurboTax. I've been using it for a decade or more. Good offers are of value to me.
What's great about it: Superior quality customer interface. Ease of use. Lots of help, particularly when making tactical choices.
What's not so great: Difficult to scroll pages down when entering numbers.

Turbo Tax is awesome!

I've been using turbo tax for over 20 years and love it. Its, quick, easy to use and accurate. I've never had a problem with my return while using Turbo Tax.

I just opened my Turbo Tax Program. I had completed and submitted two (2) returns on this program and e filed them. However, the open page had only the last Return as an option to open. The first return icon was not shown and there is no list of returns from which to choose. I am at a loss to find the first return filed and for which I have received e mail conformation. Last year there was a file choice in which I could open any of at least 5 returns. Not on this years options.
What's great about it: Walk thru items and explations are outstanding
What's not so great: General opening page setups

Simple, Fast, and Fun

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it the last seven years. Even with investing, buying a home and car, dealing with taxes, and ability to do what the professional tax services do right here in my own home, it is fun to prepare my own taxes. I am able to do all the preparations in just a day or two.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidelines, easy to review, transfers previous year's information automatically
What's not so great: None

I think anyone with a computer that has a head on their shoulders and can think would like to use Turbo Tax. My son introduced me to it several years ago and I've never had a minutes trouble with it. Thanks
