Great product.

Best on the market. Been using it for years and hasn't disappointed me yet.
What's great about it: Well designed sotware product.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good as usual

I have been using turbo tax for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. It keeps up on all the latest changes in the complicated tax laws and delivers an accurate and easy tax return experience.
What's great about it: Easy and accurate
What's not so great: None

Disappointed this year

When I had completed by daughter's form, I tried to send them electronically, as I have done for several years. I got an error message saying that there there updates that needed to be applied. I following in instructions and clicked on "Updates" and received a message that there were no updates at this time. I tried several times with the same result. I finally went over every detail of the forms and tried one more time with no success. I then submitted them by mail. I had requested a debit from my daughter's account for Feb. 21, but I could not determine if that transaction would be made. I will enclose a check with the hope that she is not double-debited. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have found it to be reliable. I've recommended it to several of my friends. I know this is just a glitch, but it didn't seem to be correctable and it left me disappointed with this year's product. I will continue to use Turbo Tax with the hope that this glitch is worked out for next year.
What's great about it: It appeared that all forms were completed correctly and all calculations were correct.
What's not so great: I could not submit my forms electronically.

I love the easy step by step process. I also love the fact if there is something that is not understood there is always the help field to get you through. Keep up the great work.

I Saved Hundreds in Tax Preparation Fees

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it has saved me much money and effort. I am very confident that it makes sure that I am taking advantage of all the tax breaks that I can get.
What's great about it: I liked that it took me by my hand and led me through!
What's not so great: None that I could find.

Super Tax Filing Software

This is the best software to use for DIY preparers as it makes a very complicated process fairly simple with question and answer system. I have been using TurboTax for many years and will continue to use the package to get my tax returns completed easily and timely.
What's great about it: Easy to complete forms and helpful hints
What's not so great: State Filing Fee not included in Original Retail Package

Refund line - transposed number for 2013 to 2012 column, thus omitting correct number for 2012

did not import ca tax refund from 2012 to ca form to remove that income as it is not taxable in ca
